Craig McNally Contracting Services Ltd. (CMCS) is a Nova Scotia–based general contractor specializing in high-end custom residential construction. For over 10 years, we have been delivering thoughtfully designed homes, additions, and renovations with a focus on quality, precision, and execution.

Our projects are delivered by an in-house team of Red Seal carpenters, ensuring complete control over craftsmanship and consistency at every stage. With a strong foundation in building science and complex construction, we approach each project with a high level of technical understanding and attention to detail. We work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment from concept through completion.

Who is Craig McNally?

Craig McNally is a Red Seal Certified Carpenter and the founder of Craig McNally Contracting Services, a company he established over 10 years ago with a focus on delivering high-end custom residential construction throughout Nova Scotia. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Craig brings a deep understanding of carpentry, building science, energy efficiency, and complex structural design to every project.

Specializing in architecturally driven homes, renovations, and additions, Craig works closely with clients, designers, and project teams to ensure each project is executed with precision and attention to detail. His background in design and technical construction allows him to bridge the gap between concept and execution, ensuring that even the most complex builds are delivered seamlessly.

Craig runs the business alongside his wife and business partner, Kelly, with a shared commitment to quality, professionalism, and client experience. Together, they are focused on building one of Nova Scotia’s leading construction companies for custom residential projects.

When he’s not on-site or working with clients, Craig enjoys spending time with his two children and skateboarding around the city.
