Lauder Remodel

This was a special project. The Lauder Remodel was a complete gut of an old family cottage down to the studs. All of the windows, doors, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating, interior and exterior finishes were torn out and upgraded. This large scale renovation is something our team does often, and we do it well. We replaced the rotten siding with fire-retardant Hardi-Board, and built a brand new wrap around composite deck with Timbertech materials. The black trims and black metal roof is complimented by the white siding, giving this once old cottage a renewed modern vibe.
